The January 24-25/09 Workshop in Ottawa was a great success despite the cold weather!

We are thankful to the Toronto contingent and the Montreal contingent for their participation. Although many of our regular Ottawa members could not make it this time, the turn out was still very good. Master Chen Zhonghua taught more detailed foundations and the worked through the first 13 moves of the Yilu form in great detail. 

The next workshop is in early April.
